Does your nursing baby have a food sensitivity?
4 Comments | Posted by admin in Uncategorized
I have cut out many things from my diet before to try and figure out if what I am eating is bothering my 4 month old. Now I am eating everything except for dairy. Looking at my food journal, I think my baby may have a sensitivity to tomatoes and tomato sauces.. Has anyone had a baby that would have a reaction to a food you wouldn’t expect?

I don’t really know but he has had some bad gas at times and I’ve tried to figure out what I ate that may have caused it. The possible problems are beans, broccoli and possibly asparagus.
I also cut out dairy for a while, but found it didn’t help.

He has a milk protien allergy that hasnt been officially diagnosed, but I notice whenever I drink a lot of milk. So I just avoid milk now, and he’s fine.

Yup, broccoli and my son just dont mix lol. he gets bad gas!

My baby had reoccuring hives for almost 3 months. I tried cutting out nuts, dairy, fish, eggs, wheat (gluten), and root vegetables. I still couldn’t figure out what it was. In the end, the hies stopped, when I switched my prenatal vitamin. I still don’t know what was in it to cause the reaction, but at least my baby isn’t spotted anymore.
